1 General Provisions

hbaji is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, slots, and live dealer games for players in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption technology and is committed to ensuring fair play.

Reading and accepting these Terms is a prerequisite for using any of hbaji's services. Each player participates on the platform based on their own free decision-making capacity.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on hbaji, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must participate on the platform voluntarily and of your own accord.
• You must not access the services from any location where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must be a human — registration via automated bots or software is not permitted.
• If a previous account has been closed, you may not register again.

hbaji may request proof of age at any time. The account may be temporarily suspended until the required documents (such as a national ID card or passport) are submitted.

3 Account Registration

Each player may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is prohibited and will result in account cancellation.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing another person to use your account is not permitted. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the hbaji support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

hbaji conducts an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other official documents when necessary. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hbaji supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Customers can conveniently deposit and withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
• Deposit amounts must remain within the limits set by hbaji.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

hbaji provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a withdrawal after receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player may claim a specific bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• hbaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing any winnings earned with bonus funds.
• hbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.

6 Fair Play & Security

hbaji is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. To this end, the platform follows advanced technology and strict rules.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games and services on hbaji are operated in accordance with the fair play policy. Any attempt at manipulation, fraud, or unfair advantage will be investigated and the associated account will be closed.

6.3 Fraud Prevention

If fraud is suspected on any account, hbaji reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend that account. The associated balance may be held while the investigation is ongoing.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaji platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to hbaji's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other players.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Participating in any form of collusion or syndicated betting.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

hbaji may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If the required identity verification documents are not submitted.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.
• By court order or legal requirement.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the hbaji support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account (subject to applicable terms).

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms
